Process Serving
Our experienced team of Process Servers cover the whole of the UK and serve documents on behalf of lawyers, solicitors, local authorities, companies, private individuals and government agencies everyday.
The Madagans Group have a vast amount of experience in process serving, with the expertise and knowledge to get your legal papers and court documents served on time and correctly with the appropriate proof of service provided shortly after service has taken place.
If you have documents like a winding up or bankruptcy petition, statutory demand, divorce or family proceedings claim form, or a court order that needs serving, then one of our trained process servers can carry this out, promptly and professionally. All work is carried out according to your direct instructions and on a fixed fee basis. We can also lodge documents at the relevant courts if required.
We promise to:
- Serve your documents quickly and in accordance with CPR rules
- Serve the papers taking into consideration any special instructions
- Ensure all Data Protection and Human Rights legislation is adhered to
- Keep you updated at all times and advise you when service has been made
- Monitor all cases we are dealing with and ensure they are returned to you on time
- Ensure that all affidavits or statements are completed correctly

If your service is very urgent we can attempt a same day service, which can also include collection of the papers from you. We have a motorbike to collect and serve documents urgently. We also have a DX 38103 Clapham 2 to enable guaranteed delivery and sending of legal documents.
We would need to confirm if we are available at your required time and the costs prior to receiving any instructions. Once the paperwork is served we will provide you with a statement or affidavit confirming delivery. A quick report will be given, detailing problems we may have encountered or information that may be beneficial.
