All work is carried out according to your direct instructions and on a fixed fee basis. We can also lodge documents at the relevant courts if required.

We would need to confirm if we are available at your required time and the costs prior to receiving any instructions. Once the paperwork is served we will provide you with a statement or affidavit confirming delivery. A quick report will be given, detailing problems we may have encountered or information that may be beneficial.
