Under the Authority and guidance of Millbank Group’s Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer, our national team of trained and experienced enforcement officers are able to execute Writs, perform the seizure, recovery and sale of assets and perform evictions on their behalf. If you have a CCJ (County Court Judgment) against a debtor who has failed to make payment then take action NOW!

If the value of the CCJ is more than £600.00 including costs and the Judgment is not arising from a regulated agreement under the Consumer Credit Act then you can instruct us to transfer the CCJ up to the High Court. Our team will administer transfer of your Judgment to the High Court for enforcement.

To do so we will require a fixed payment of £60.00 made payable to Her Majesty's Court and Tribunal Service (HMCTS) which will cover the court fees, accompanied by the original or a copy of the original certificate of Judgement.

If you do not have a judgment against a debtor and have not yet issued proceedings, we can issue a CCJ on your behalf (costs vary dependant on the value of the judgement) if we are successful in gaining a CCJ against the debtor but they still fail to pay the debt then we can then transfer your CCJ up to the High Court for enforcement.
