* Signing a Warrant to Distrain you are agreeing to a nominal fee of £150.00 + VAT payable by the instructing party as follows;
- A visit is made to the demises premises where the information provided is incorrect.
- Instruction is withdrawn by the instructing party, when the Bailiff is on route or within 1 hour of instruction being received.
- Demises premises are vacant upon arrival and no tenant on site.
